quiet room diamond membership clean suite
we stayed for one night. i arrived a little early and relaxed in the comfy, quiet room. staff generously upgraded us, recognising my diamond membership. i received a half bottle of prosecco and chocolates for my birthday. the suite was beautifully presented, and everything was everything was super clean.

untrained staff confused waitress
the leisure club was well kept and very clean
staff need training. we were brought soup spoons to eat our main meal with and had to ask for knives and forks. a waitress did not know what a 'latte' was and asking for a 'skinny latte' confused her further

The suite was beautifully presented and super tidy. Breakfast featured quality produce, all freshly cooked and perfectly presented.
I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side for dinner.
